From our porch to yours

Bougie Palomino started with my daughter and me spending weekends shopping small boutiques and rodeos together. We loved finding unique things you couldn’t get just anywhere — pieces that felt personal and full of character. One night she said, “Wouldn’t it be nice to have our own boutique one day?” The next morning, at just 14 years old, she had already drawn the logo and created the name Bougie Palomino.

As a mom working 24-hour shifts at the fire department, time together means everything to me. This boutique became a way for our family to stay connected and share the things we each love most. The logo at the top of our page is the exact one my daughter created, and every part of this shop carries a little piece of our family with it.

The handmade items you see here are created by my mother, who has been crocheting since she was a young girl. She is a military veteran who served in the Army as military police, a retired 911 dispatcher, and a volunteer firefighter. Her creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail continue to inspire me every day.

And then there’s my son — a little gentleman with a love for old western music, classic western style, animals, and helping others. He volunteers at a cat shelter and currently dreams of becoming a storm chaser someday.

Bougie Palomino became more than a boutique idea. It became a little bit of all of us together — our personalities, creativity, and favorite things. We know one size doesn’t fit all, and that’s exactly why we hope everyone feels welcome around this porch. From handmade pieces to cozy finds and unique favorites, we truly believe there’s something here for everyone.
